Installation procedure
(1) There is a main body wiring kit and accessories.
Confirmation of mounting position

Do as much as possible the length of the fuel hose to connect from the product itself is shortened ※.
The priority of the fuel hose mounting position is
1. Between the fuel filter and the delivery pipe.
2. From the fuel tank to the fuel filter
If you have a high pressure pump
The priority of the fuel hose mounting position is
1. Between the high pressure pump and the delivery pipe.
2. Between the fuel filter and the delivery pipe.
3. From the fuel tank to the fuel filter
Assemble the station
③ Assembling the stay
Always from decide the position of the body ※, stearyl - please assembled. Since the main body heats up, select a place that does not interfere with other hoses or wiring.
Insert the fuel hose into the main body and fix it.
④ Installation of hose
* Please insert the attached fuel hose into Fig. B first. (Because it is difficult to enter so that it will not come out)
* When inserting the attached hose by extending it to Fig. A, insert it into the main body first.
Fix the main body to the stay.
⑤ Fixing the main body
(1) Fix the main body and stay with four heat-resistant bands (200 mm) for fixing the main body.
Connect the terminals of the wiring kit to the battery from the positive side.
⑥ Take out the power supply (from battery-plus)
* Be sure to install the plus side first.
* When working without removing the terminal, remove the 20A fuse, remove the body earth, and glob the fuse at your own risk.

Fix the wiring,
Check the operation.
⑦ Fix the wiring in various places with a cable tie.
Please use the attached 8 cable ties (150 mm).
⑧ Check the OnOff operation by turning on the pilot lamp.
When you start the engine, you can detect the moving voltage and check if clever is working.
If it is difficult to start the engine, it can be solved by repeating the engine on and off after a few hours.
